There is a untouchable heritage in addition to the objects or lineament which everyone has to bear. Joy, gloom, habits and fate of grandparents and great grandparents leave traces on us. This legacy is revealed in people surrounding me and in my encounters - the branches of the family tree, like the roots reflecting the tree, repeat themselves.
I have collected family legends, stories and patterns which I already feel happening in my life, or the possibility of continuing is there. I have photographed people from my surrounding and asked them to represent family roles. The situations and characters are partly made up by my own family stories, and partly they picture the natural relations and qualities of the model. Picture and set is a symbolic tool for accepting and understanding heritage.
